1-The Financial Action Task Force’s (FATF) Asia Pacific Group put Pakistan on an “enhanced blacklist” after the country failed to meet global standards.It was earlier placed in the ‘grey list’ by FATF.

2-The World Anti-Doping Agency has suspended the accreditation of the National Dope Testing Laboratory for six months. The suspension has been imposed due to non-conformities with the International Standard for Laboratories as identified during a WADA site visit.

5- Minister of New and Renewable Energy R K Singh has approved a proposal to declare ocean energy as Renewable Energy. The decision will give a boost to ocean energy in the country.

6- Fifteen officers and officials of the Central Bureau of Investigation have been awarded the Union Home Minister’s Medal for Excellence in Investigation for the year 2019.

8-Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh took oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha. The oath was administered by Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu. Mr. Singh has come back as a member of the Rajya Sabha from Rajasthan.
