| Engineer(Civil/Electrical) | Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from an institution or university recognised by the Government. | |
| Programmer | Post-graduate degree in Computer Science/ Post-graduate diploma in Computer Science with Seven years working experience in the related field. | |
