Eligibility Criteria for ILI Recruitment :
- Educational Qualification :
- For Professor : An eminent scholar with consistently good academic records with Ph.D. qualification in any branch of law and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and / or research / policy papers.
- For Associate Professor : Consistently good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in any branch of law and 55% of the marks, or equivalent grade wherever grading system is followed in the LL.M.
- For Assistant Professor : Consistently good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level LL.M. from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For Professor : 55 years
- For Associate Professor : 50 years
- For Assistant Professor : 45 years
Application Fee : Application fee Rs. 1000/- SC/ST/Physically Handicapped (PH) & person with disability and women candidates are exempted from payment of fees) in the form of Bank Draft in favour of ‘Indian Law Institute’, payable at New Delhi.
