- Language Proficiency : Candidates must have studied MIZO as a subject in Matriculation/ 10th Standard or Pre University(10+2) or at any level upto Graduation.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : (Age on 01.06.2014) 18 to 28 Years.
