- Educational Qualification :
- For Scientist : Ph.D. submitted in Environmental Sciences/ Energy Studies/ Agriculture/ Water/ Life Sciences/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Mathematics/ Physics/ Chemistry/ Statistics/ Computer Science.
- For Senior Scientist : B. Tech./ M.Sc. with MBA or Ph.D. in Management/ Environmental/ Atmospheric/ Oceanic Sciences/ Physics/ Mathematics or Post Graduate Degree in intellectual property law.
- For Technical Assistant : 1st Class B.Sc (Science) with B.Lib. Science or 1st class Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ BCA or 1st class diploma in Electrical/ Civil Engineering or Bachelor in Medical Sciences.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 32 years for Scientist, 37 years for Senior Scientist & 28 years for Technical Assistant (as on 29.05.2017)
- Age Relaxation : 05 years for SC/ST Candidates and 03 years for OBC Candidates.
Job Location : New Delhi
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- through Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank and valid for at least 3 months in favour of “Director, NISTADS” payable at New Delhi. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH/Women/CSIR Employees are exempted from submission of application fee.
