1- The second edition of the annual joint military exercise, named as Dharma Guardian between Indian and Japanese Army concluded in Mizoram. The primary focus of this joint military exercise was to train and equip the contingents in counter-insurgency and counter-terrorism operations in mountainous terrain.

5- The 38th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) 2019 was inaugurated by Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. Nearly 1800 exhibitors from 77 countries are participating in the Fair.
