- For Assistant Accounts Officer : Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with proven specialization of working in Accounts section of Government / Semi Government Departments/Organizations.
- For District Project Coordinator : Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Food Processing/Animal Husbandry/Fisheries with minimum 55 percent marks and presently working in any of the above Departments.
- Nationality : Indian
- Age Limit : 55 years
