- For Assistant General Manager (Scale V) : Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB with Minimum 2 Years of experience in Chief Manager cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank(s) .
- For Senior Manager ( Scale III ) : Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants/ Post Graduates / Graduates preferably with CAIIB .
- For Chief Manager (Scale IV) : Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB with 2 Years of experience in Scale III cadre working in Scheduled Commercial Bank
