- For MTS : A Pass in SSLC or its equivalent issued by a recognized board of the state.
- For Lower Division Clerk : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University institution or equivalent.
- Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
- For MTS : 40 Years
- For Lower Division Clerk : 35 Years
Age Relaxation :
- For SC/ST Category : 05 years
- For OBC Category : 03 years
