- For B.T..Assistant in Mathematics : Should possess Graduate degree in Mathematics. B.Ed degree with Maths as first optional subject.
- For B.T.Assistant in Tamil : Should possess Graduate degree in Tamil. B.Ed degree with Tamil as first optional subject.
- Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 57 years.
