1- India will host the 91st Interpol General Assembly in 2022 after a proposal received the overwhelming support of member countries at this year’s congregation at Santinago in Chile.
इंटरपोल साल 2022 में अपनी आमसभा का आयोजन भारत में करेगा। यह आयोजन देश की आजादी की प्लेटिनम जुबली यानी 75वें वर्ष के साथ होगा। इससे पहले साल 1997 में अबतक एक ही बार भारत में इंटरपोल की आमसभा का आयोजन हुआ है।
2- Senior IPS officer of Gujarat cadre Anup Kumar Singh has been appointed as Director-General of the National Security Guard (NSG). The appointment of Mr Singh, who is a 1985-batch IPS officer, was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

3- The first-ever India Innovation Index was launched by NITI Aayog in New Delhi in order to promote competitiveness among the states.Karnataka has emerged the topper among major states. Tamil Nadu is second and Maharashtra is on the third position followed by Telangana, Haryana, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. Jharkhand finished last in the list of 17 major states. Among the North-Eastern states, Sikkim and among Union Territories Delhi has occupied the top spot.

8-Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has banned the use of mobile phones in all colleges and universities in the state. Students will no longer be allowed to take or use mobile phones inside universities and colleges. The ban is also applicable to teachers across all universities and colleges.
