1- Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman unveiled two new IT Initiatives – ICEDASH and ATITHI for improved monitoring and pace of customs clearance of imported goods and facilitating arriving international passengers.
वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने आयातित माल की सीमा शुल्क निकासी की बेहतर निगरानी और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय यात्रियों को सुविधा प्रदान के लिए दो नए आईटी पहल – ICEDASH और ATITHI का अनावरण किया।
2- The 15-day Aadi Mahotsav, National Tribal festival will be held in New Delhi from 16th November 2019. The theme of the festival is a celebration of the spirit of tribal culture, craft, cuisine and commerce. More than one thousand tribal artisans from 27 states will participate in the event.
15 दिवसीय आदी महोत्सव, राष्ट्रीय जनजातीय उत्सव 16 नवंबर 2019 से नई दिल्ली में आयोजित किया जाएगा। त्योहार का विषय आदिवासी संस्कृति, शिल्प, व्यंजन और वाणिज्य की भावना है। 27 राज्यों के एक हजार से अधिक आदिवासी कारीगर इस आयोजन में भाग लेंगे।

3-Indian Army is holding the first Army Recruitment Rally in Jammu and Kashmir after the creation of the Union Territory. The ten-day Recruitment Rally through Army Recruitment Office, Jammu, commenced at Samba and will continue till 12th of November.
भारतीय सेना केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के निर्माण के बाद जम्मू और कश्मीर में पहली सेना भर्ती रैली आयोजित कर रही है। सेना भर्ती कार्यालय, जम्मू के माध्यम से दस दिवसीय भर्ती रैली, सांबा में शुरू हुई और 12 नवंबर तक जारी रहेगी।
4- The first-ever India-Uzbekistan joint military exercise – Dustlik-2019 began from 4th November 2019 at Chirchiq Training Area near Tashkent. The exercise will be focused on counter-terrorism and will continue till November 13. During the exercise, an Indian Army contingent will train along with Uzbekistan Army.
पहली बार भारत-उज्बेकिस्तान संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास – दस्तलिक-2019 4 नवंबर 2019 से ताशकंद के पास चिरचिक प्रशिक्षण क्षेत्र में शुरू हुआ। अभ्यास आतंकवाद-रोधी गतिविधियों पर केंद्रित होगा और 13 नवंबर तक जारी रहेगा। अभ्यास के दौरान, भारतीय सेना का एक दल उज्बेकिस्तान सेना के साथ प्रशिक्षण करेगा।
5- India’s National Academy of Letters, Sahitya Akademi has published an anthology called ‘Modern English Poetry by Younger Indians’ to mark 200 years of Indian English poetry. Edited by poet Sudeep Sen, the book contains pieces of poetry by poets who’re in their 40s or less.
भारत के राष्ट्रीय साहित्य अकादमी- साहित्य अकादमी ने भारतीय अंग्रेजी कविता के 200 वर्षों को चिह्नित करने के लिए ‘मॉडर्न इंग्लिश पोएट्री बी यंगर इंडियंस’ नामक एक संकलन प्रकाशित किया है। कवि सुदीप सेन द्वारा संपादित, इस पुस्तक में 40 या उससे कम उम्र के कवियों द्वारा रचित कवितायेँ हैं।
6-Film actor Rajinikanth will be honoured with the Icon of Golden Jubilee award at the Golden Jubilee edition of International Film Festival of India, to be held in Goa from November 20.

7- The second phase of the biggest US- Bangladesh Navy exercise named ‘Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT)- 2019’ started in Chattogram.The exercise provides an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the operational activities of the Navies of two countries and to get acquainted with advanced technology through various theoretical and practical trainings.
चाटोग्राम में ‘सहयोग अफलोत रेडीनेस एंड ट्रेनिंग (CARAT) – 2019’ नामक सबसे बड़े यूएस- बांग्लादेश नेवी अभ्यास के दूसरे चरण की शुरुआत हुई। यह अभ्यास दो देशों के नौसैनिकों की परिचालन गतिविधियों की बेहतर समझ हासिल करने और विभिन्न सैद्धांतिक और व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षणों के माध्यम से उन्नत तकनीक से परिचित होने का अवसर प्रदान करता है।
8- In the 50th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa 190 films from 76 countries will be screened. This film festival would showcase the glimpses of cultural heritage of This festival will be held between 20th to 28th November, first time Konkani films would be screened.
गोवा में भारत के 50 वें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फिल्म महोत्सव (IFFI) में 76 देशों की 190 फिल्मों की स्क्रीनिंग की जाएगी। यह फिल्म महोत्सव 20 से 28 नवंबर के बीच आयोजित किया जाएगा, यह पहली बार है कि महोत्सव में कोंकणी फिल्मों की स्क्रीनिंग होगी।
